Join the Center for #ResistMarch on June 11

Hundreds of Los Angeles LGBT Center supporters, clients, volunteers and staff will march together in the Sunday, June 11 #ResistMarch to demonstrate against the forces that seek to divide and harm the LGBT community and in solidarity with the Center. Center programs that serve the most vulnerable in the LGBT community are currently at great risk of being de-funded by the federal government.

While supplies last, people who join the Center’s contingent for the march will receive free t-shirts, signs and other commemorative items. The Center’s pre-march meeting place is at Hollywood Blvd. and Sycamore Ave. (next to the Live Nation Building). Suggested arrival time is 7-7:45 am. The rally and march will begin at 8 a.m.

To join the Center’s contingent, sign-up at lalgbtcenter.org/pride.

The march from Hollywood Blvd. and Highland Ave. (Hollywood) to Santa Monica Blvd. and Robertson Blvd. (West Hollywood) replaces the standard Pride Parade that is typically held on the Sunday of LA Pride weekend.

Visit resistmarch.org for more information about the march, including parking, road closures, etc.
